Financial Support to Third Parties: DANSER Open Call for Associated Regions

Description

The selected beneficiaries will develop tailored replication roadmaps for sustainable sediment management actions, ensuring the future replication of DANSER solutions. They will join the DANSER Community of Practice (CoP), collaborating with other regions, partners, and stakeholders. Activities to be carried out may include: ·Sediment monitoring actions. ·Data collection (historical data sets, forecasts). ·Actions to raise awareness about sediment flow alterations. ·Planning of future actions for sediment management and restoration. ·Development of implementation plans on a larger scale. ·Identification of funding sources for future implementation actions

Beneficiary & submission

Call for proposals DANSER invites Associated Regions to join the project, contributing to the scalability and replication of its solutions in other regions. We aim to integrate at least five Associated Regions, spanning the four referential basins (Danube-Black Sea, Atlantic-Arctic, Mediterranean Sea, and Baltic-North Sea). Associated Regions are envisioned as strategic partners, contributing to the integration of DANSER solutions within their territories, thereby catalysing the sustainable management of sediments across different basins. Eligible beneficiaries for this call are local and/or regional authorities from Member States and associated countries to Horizon Europe Programme. Countries that are part of the DANSER consortium cannot participate. The full eligibility criteria for this call are provided on the project’s website (https://danserproject.eu/open-call/). Submission: Proposals to the DANSER Open Call for Associated Regions must be submitted electronically via https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/DANSER-OC-2025. Further information

Financial support: The maximum amount of financial support per recipient is set at EUR 65,000 (regardless of whether the applicant is a single individual entity or a consortium). Once awarded, the support will be provided in two separate lump sums: First Payment: 25% of the contracted/agreed total lump-sum by the signature of the adhesion contract. Second/Final Payment: 75% of the contracted/agreed total lump-sum upon completion, delivery and validation of the due report on the activities performed.
