Cybersecurity Innovation Fund (CIF-NL) 2025

The FSTP scheme CIF-NL 2025 focuses on 2 important sub-areas:

1. Promoting crypto agility;
2. Simplifying cybersecurity solutions.

The primary objective of this call round is to encourage Dutch organisations to develop innovative solutions that can contribute to strengthening national cyber resilience as a product and/or service, with applications in both government and business. To be eligible for the subsidy, projects must demonstrably contribute to one of the 2 sub-areas. For each of the two sub-areas € 1.250.000,- is available. Projects receive a minimum subsidy of € 60,000,- and a maximum subsidy of €100.000,-.

Project proposals can be submitted between the 9th of December 2025 9.00 CET and the 10th of February 2026 17.00 CET.

After the closing of the application period the project proposals will be evaluated based on 4 criteria. Project proposals can score between 1 and 5 points on each of the 4 criteria. Only project proposals that score minimal 3 points per criteria will be part of the ranking per sub-area. The more points a project proposal scores, the higher the place on the ranking.
