O-CEI 1st OPEN CALL FOR UPSCALING PROJECTS

The exact amount of financial support to be granted up to 24 selected entities under O-CEI 1st Open Call is a fixed lump sum of up to EUR 100,000 per project. The funding rate is 100% of the budget included in your application form.

The selection of the O-CEI 1st Open Call proposals will be carried out in a five-step process.
- Step one will be an initial check of the applications
- Step two (In/Out Scope Screening) will involve a ‘Selection Committee’ to assess the proposal according to the criteria
- Step three will involve independent evaluators to assess the proposal according to the criteria (two evaluators per proposal)
- Step four will involve the ‘Selection Committee’ to decide the ‘Provisional List of FSTP recipients’ and ‘Reserve List’.
- Step five will check the ethical aspects and the formal check of the pre-selected beneficiaries.
