The exact amount of financial support to be granted to up 2 selected entities under COROB 2nd Open Call is a fixed lump sum of up to EUR 70,000 per entity Funding Instrument: Solutions to Challenges. SMEs will be funded at a reimbursement rate of 70% of their eligible costs and Start-ups at 100%. Selected entities other than SMEs and start-ups will not be funded but will receive technical support from the COROB project.

The selection of the Open Call proposals will be carried out in a five steps process.
- Step one will be first check of the applications
- Step two will involve independent evaluators to assess the proposal according to the criteria.
- Step three will involve the COROB Consensus Group to agree on a common position, including comments and scores for all evaluated proposals.
- Step four will involve the ‘Selection Committee’ to decide the ‘Provisional List of FSTP recipients’ and ‘Reserve List’.
- Step five will check the ethical aspects and formal check of the pre-selected beneficiaries.
