Submit completed application form in English using https://neb.awardsplatform.com/. Each proposal will be assessed on whether it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in section 4.3 of the call manual. Proposals that meet all eligibility requirements will move to the evaluation stage. Eligible proposals will be evaluated by at least three independent evaluators against the published evaluation criteria. Proposals that reach the threshold of 30 points will proceed to strategic selection. The selection committee will identify 4 winning proposals and 1 reserve list proposal.
