DaWetRest – CALL FOR ASSOCIATED REGIONS

The selected beneficiaries will become active members of the DaWetRest Community of Practice (CoP), a group, at local and regional demonstrators level, that involves all project partners, external networks and initiatives and stakeholders to engage among themselves in order to provide inputs for the development and the validation of the innovations in the demonstrator areas. The selected beneficiaries can carry out the following activities: • desk research; • fieldwork (in-situ); • travels (within scope); • technical meetings; • organisation of events/workshops/meetings; • preparatory activities; • local activities (actions) performing; • preparation issuing and/or revision of report(s).
Beneficiary & submission
The application form can be downloaded on the DaWetRest Website. It must be completed and submitted to associatedregions@dawetrest.eu latest at the call closing date 11:59 p.m. CET. Call closing date: 30th April 2024 Submission: Applicants are advised to utilize the provided application form. Language: English The DaWetRest Associated Regions should range the 4 referential basins (Danube-Black Sea, Atlantic-Arctic, Baltic-North Sea, and Mediterranean Sea). A minimum of 1 representative of each basin is expected to be selected, whereas a minimum of 2 for the Danube-Black Sea basin shall be selected. The proposals will be evaluated by a selected committee within the DaWetRest Consortium. Such committee is composed by at least 3 senior members of the consortium, based in 3 different Member States. A consensus meeting of the DaWetRest core group, including DEMO representatives, the coordinator and work package leader, will decide on a list of third parties that will receive financial support based on the ranking list from the evaluation. The European Commission must approve the list of projects receiving financial support before the name and locality of the awarded applicants will be made publicly available through the DaWetRest web site. Further information
The grant each Associated Region can apply for is up to EUR 75.000. It will be provided in two separate lump sums from which 25% are paid when the contract is signed and 75% are paid upon completion of the activities and the submission of a report. https://dawetrest.eu/associated-regions/
