Beneficiary & submission

Applicants are invited to submit proposals using the PLAZA tool. Proposals will be evaluated based on pre-defined evaluation criteria and following the evaluation process described in Chapter 5 “Evaluation and selection process” of the Call Manual.

The Innovation’s Targeted Projects Programme addresses a) gaps in our innovation portfolio with regards to the business plan, strategic agenda, and b) external changes and influences such as technological developments, policies/regulations, and (urgent) events. This is a Permanently Open Call with different cut-off dates that will be announced at least 2 months before the set submission deadline.
