Digital Health Uptake (DHU) is offering financial support to third parties to support knowledge transfer on and scaling up of digital health innovation across Europe through a twinning programme. Successful third parties will be offered a grant of up to 8,000€ to facilitate the knowledge transfer and upscaling through a series of online and offline visits and meetings between the participants. The focus is on local, regional and national health and care providers in Europe that wish to adopt (Twinning Adopter) innovative practices (solutions) which are available for transfer from another local, regional and national health and care provider in Europe (Twinning Originator).
