EARASHI first open call

Description

The funding instrument will include a lump-sum grant of up to 200 000 € per project and granted companies cannot individually receive more than 200 000 €. Only startups and SMEs are eligible to receive such funding, with a funding rate of 100% and 70% respectively. The total duration of submitted project is expected to be 15-18 months. Besides funding, the selected projects will benefit from EARASHI programme: Integration of a Technical building block of thzeir choice and associated expertise, among the Building Block portfolio offered by EARASHI. Coaching services such as Business, human-centred design, eco-design, cybersecurity, engineering system integration, mentoring & access to validation facility. The project must Be proposed by a micro-consortium of a minimum of 1 independent legal entity (maximum 2) including exclusively Start-up or SME, established in the Member States of the European Union and its overseas countries and territories (OCT) and Horizon Europe associated Countries Address one of EARASHI challenges, EARASHI overall scope and impacts. Provide requested inputs on KPI, metadata and questionnaires Involve an EARASHI building Block partner chosen among the Building Block portfolio. Projects will be developed to reach Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 7 starting from TRL 4-5. The projects products are expected to have market potential and reach commercialization. Pan-European demonstration projects (EU member states or Horizon Europe associated countries) are strongly encouraged, through cross-border collaboration.

Submission through EARASHI open call page at: https://earashi.eu/open-calls/ In the 1st open call, EARASHI targets to select 5 projects with the following process: One-step submission: a pdf document (application description), 1 pitch video (business plan description) and the eco-design maturity level questionnaire One-step standard evaluation based on Excellence, Impact, Quality and business plan, following EC requests of fairness, transparency and equality. Evaluation will be done through 1) Earashi members and 2) independent, external experts Selection process will be 3-fold: 1) check of the eligibility criteria, 2) one-step standard evaluation, 3) Selection of the granted projects through Open Call 1 consensus meeting.  Notifications to all participants.
