S+T+ARTS Residencies ReSilence-01 open call

Description

As part of the S+T+ARTS program, Resilence in collaboration with artists is developing technologies to shape in novel ways our urban environments and soundscapes, re-positioning the role of silence and that of sound. The types of activities to perform that qualify for receiving financial support are the development, implementation and assessment of art installations based on the following challenges : 1) the active participation of citizens 2) the new silence of mobility 3) the acoustic perception of outdoor urban soundscapes 4) the full-body sound experience

Beneficiary & submission

Artists and artist-SMEs pairs from all over the world are welcome to submit their proposals. Interested artists and artist-SMEs pairs will be able to submit their application at this platform at any time for the duration of the open call. Applicants should fill in the online form in English. The selection of proposals with be based on artistic merit, clear innovation potential and the overall fit of the proposal with the goals and ambitions of S+T+ARTS. Applications will be evaluated by a jury composed of consortium partners and external experts from the artistic sector. They will be judged on: ·       pertinence to selected ReSilence use cases (challenges) ·       artistic quality in the spirit of S+T+ARTS ·       feasibility and dissemination/communication strategy
