Awarding Criteria and Evaluation Procedure
The joint Evaluation Committee will check eligibility criteria and evaluate each application.
The candidate academic excellence will be evaluated based on the weighted average of grades achieved during academic year 2025/2026 in all DIGISOC courses, calculated and rounded to hundredths (e.g. 28,77) on a 30 points scale according to the DIGISOC grade conversion table. Based on averages, students who have submitted their application will be put in descending order. In case of tie, they will be put on shared place, awarding the higher award.
To determine the exact amount of the scholarship allocated to each applicant, the joint Evaluation Committee will use the following model:
· the Student with highest average will be awarded a 2000 EUR scholarship.
· the Student with second highest average will be awarded a 1750 EUR scholarship.
· the Student with third highest average will receive a 1500 EUR scholarship.
· All other students with average above 26,99 will receive a scholarship which corresponds to the result of dividing the call's remaining budget by the number of applications fulfilling the award criteria, but not exceeding 1000 EUR per applicant.
The joint Evaluation Committee’s judgement is unquestionable.
The rankings and the exact amount of funding received by each applicant will be published on the DIGISOC website (https://digitalsociety4innovation.eu/costs-and-scholarships/) and the DIGISOC Awarding Universities Websites. This publication has the value of notification.
