Call for applications for a grants to support cyber security audits in the framework of financial support to third parties.

Beneficiary & submission

The applicant shall draw up an Application for a GRANT (hereinafter referred to as 'the application'), the form of which is attached as Annex 1 to this call for proposals and available in an editable format on the Authority's website at https://ncca.nbu.gov.sk. The application form shall be saved in the following format: 'Ziadost_o_NFP_Nazov_spocnosti', with the official name of the applicant following the name of the company. The completed application form shall be signed by the statutory body by means of a qualified electronic signature or a qualified electronic signature with a mandate certificate or a qualified electronic seal. The applicant shall send the signed application form to the Authority in electronic form as an attachment to the electronic submission via the Authority's electronic mailbox established within the Central Portal of Public Administration www.slovensko.sk via the 'General Agenda' service. An application that is not received by the Authority in the above-mentioned form will not be deemed to have been submitted and will be excluded from the evaluation process. For more details on how to deliver the application, please refer to Annex 2 of the call for proposals, Conditions for the granting of GRANTs. In order to establish the ranking of applications, each grant application is assessed with the application of the Criteria for the selection of projects, which form Annex 4 to the call . By applying the criteria for selecting projects, the Authority creates a descending ranking of applicants whose grant applications met the conditions for granting a grant, starting from the application that obtained the most points based on the criteria. The purpose of applying the criteria for selecting projects is to determine the ranking of applicants, according to which the Authority sends a notification of compliance with the conditions for granting a grant. At the same time, it immediately sends the draft grant agreement to those applicants (in the order determined based on the project selection criteria) for whom the grant is fully covered by the amount of call funds available. For applicants for whom the grant is not fully covered by the amount of available allocation of the call funds, the Authority will not send a draft grant agreement due to the lack of funds intended for exhaustion within the call. Further information

Only projects aimed at carrying out cybersecurity audits under the Slovak Cybersecurity Act by an auditor authorized in accordance Slovak Cybersecurity Act, are considered eligible under this call for proposals. Eligible applicants under this call are a)     legal persons pursuant to Section 2(2)(a) of the Commercial Code, Under this call, eligible applicants are legal persons pursuant to Section 2(2)(a) of the Commercial Code[1] , and which meet all of the following conditions: they meet the definition of an SME with a maximum number of 250 employees and a turnover of up to EUR 50 million, they are registered in the territory of the Slovak Republic on the date of submission of the application, which meet all the following conditions: they are registered in the territory of the Slovak Republic on the date of submission of the application, they have, at the date of submission of the application, approved financial statements for: -     a completed accounting period which is not less than 12 months old and which is also immediately preceding the accounting period in which the application is submitted, or -     a completed accounting period which is not an accounting period of less than 12 months and which is also immediately preceding the accounting period referred to in the preceding indent and have an obligation to audit CS under CCSA.
