euROBIN 1st Open Call for Collaborative Projects

The activity that qualifies for financial support under the 1st Open Call for the Collaborative Projects Programme is to validate and demonstrate technologies from the EuroCore repository, with the goal of driving their real-world applicability (Technology Validation). Participants are to contribute to the testing, refinement, and evaluation of these technologies, ensuring they meet significant research challenges and can be integrated into various application domains. The total duration of support provided will be between 3 – 12 months per project and will be divided into 2 stages. • Plan Phase (up to € 8 000) • Implementation Phase (up to € 52 000)

The selection of the Open Call proposals will be carried out in a seven-step process.
• Step one will check the proposals against eligibility criteria.
• Step two (In/Out Scope Screening) will involve a ‘Selection Committee’ to
assess the proposal according to the criteria (one partner per proposal).
• Step three will involve the 2 ‘External Evaluators’ to assess the proposal
according to the criteria (two experts per proposal).
• Step four will involve the euROBIN Consensus Group to agree on a
common position, including comments and scores for all evaluated
proposals.
• Step five will involve the ‘Selection Committee’ to decide the ‘List of Jury
Day Participants’
• Step six will involve the ‘Selection Committee’ to decide the ‘List of
Finalists’ and ‘Reserve List’.
• Step seven will include the formal check of the documents before the
SubGrant Agreement signature.
