euROBIN: 2nd Open Call for Technology Exchange Programme

Description

euROBIN is an EU-funded project. The proposed activities should address the development and implementation of demonstration activities around technology and systems applicable to exactly one of the Open Challenges publicly announced with this Open Call. The proposals aim to reach Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4-5. We are looking for a single (individual) entity (not a consortium) who is: ● a Company of any size registered before the 29th of November 2023; ● a Research Organisation registered before the 29th of November 2023; ● an Academia Research Institution registered before the 29th of November 2023. Proposals should be submitted exclusively by the aforementioned applicants who will delegate a group of researchers/PhD students (that are endorsed by the organisation they belong to/work at) to work in laboratory. The entities have to be established in any of the EU Member States and its Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) or Horizon Europe Associated Countries.

Beneficiary & submission

Submission through the application form available on: https://eurobin-project-2oc.fundingbox.com/ The selection of the Open Call proposals will be carried out in a six-step process. ● Step one will check the proposals against admissibility and eligibility criteria. ● Step two (In/Out Scope) will involve a ‘Selection Committee’ to assess the proposal according to the criteria (one partner per proposal). ● Step three will involve the 2 ‘Internal Evaluators’ to assess the proposal according to the criteria (two experts per proposal). ● Step four will involve the euROBIN Consensus Group to agree on a common position, including comments and scores for all evaluated proposals. ● Step five will involve the ‘Selection Committee’ to decide the ‘List of Finalists’ and ‘Reserve List’. ● Step six will include the formal check of legal documents before the SubGrant Agreement signature. The total duration of support provided will be between 3 – 12 months per project and will be divided into 2 stages: ● Plan Phase (€ 4 000) ● Implementation Phase (€ 56,000)
