- Curriculum Vitae.
- Official Transcript of Records or equivalent academic record.
- Motivation Letter.
- Copy of passport or national identity card.
- Proof of current enrolment at the University of Patras.
- Mobility or learning plan identifying the host institution.
- Invitation and acceptance from the host institution.
- Estimated budget.
- Signed Declaration on Double Funding
- Evidence of language proficiency.
