- Completed and signed UNIPAT UPRAISE Application Form.
- Curriculum Vitae, maximum 3 pages.
- Official Transcript of Records or equivalent academic record.
- Motivation Letter.
- Copy of passport or national identity card.
- Proof of enrolment at some of the HEIs or companies of the Upraise consortium.
- Mobility or learning plan.
- Invitation, acceptance or confirmation from the University of Patras.
- Signed Declaration on Double Funding .
- Evidence of language proficiency.
