Application Process

Interested applicants are invited to submit a project proposal by 31 January 2026. Applications must be completed using the form below:

Each applicant must include:

• A description of the project, objectives, and expected impact;
• Details about the implementation plan, activity timeline, and required resources (funding based on real costs);
• Information about the applicant organisation, including relevant experience.

Additionally, it is mandatory to provide:

• The budget proposal – using the template provided;
• Other supporting documents: project plans, proof of previous projects, declarations;
• Links to relevant online resources (if available).

This call is launched solely by UNIVERSITATEA NATIONALA DE STIINTA SI TEHNOLOGIE POLITEHNICA BUCURESTI (UPB).
