ΠΡΟΣΚΛΗΣΗ ΥΠΟΒΟΛΗΣ ΠΡΟΤΑΣΕΩΝ Μικρές Επιχορηγήσεις Προτάσεων για Δράσεις Προγραμματισμού και Υπολογιστής Σκέψης (Small Grants for Proposal on Coding Activities)

A review committee, composed of community stakeholders (e.g., ambassadors, lead educators, education coordinators) and representatives from the National Hub, will evaluate the proposals

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be assessed based on the following criteria:

• Relevance (30%): Evaluates the significance of the objectives in relation to the priorities of European Code Week (use of programming in education, problem-solving, innovation, creativity, etc.) and whether the activity design is consistent and appropriate to achieve these objectives. The strategy, timeline, and available professional, organizational, and technological resources will also be assessed.
• Quality of the Proposal (30%): Assessed based on pedagogical aspects, including methodological choices and the connection of the proposal with core subjects (digital literacy, numeracy, data, information and communication technology – OECD Learning Compass 2030, CoE Key Competencies for LLL 2018). Other factors include the use of assessment tools, development of synergies in local collaborative networks to enhance initiative effectiveness and stakeholder engagement, and the use of diverse teaching approaches such as unplugged activities, flipped classroom, problem-based learning, and digital and multimedia tools.
• Impact (40%): Evaluates the extent to which the activity strengthens young people’s digital skills, with particular focus on girls’ participation. It also considers the project’s contribution to exposing young people to STEM fields and its social impact, through engagement with the wider community and participation of individuals of all ages, genders, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
