Invitation to apply for CodeWeek activities Support grants

Description

The purpose of this invitation is to recognize and support projects that have a significant impact and align with the values of the European Code Week to promote Programming, Computational Thinking, and digital skills across Europe. It is part of the European Commission's “Reinforcing the digital skills of young people, especially girls” initiative. Enabling the development of innovative and scalable coding activities. Supporting initiatives that integrate coding into educational contexts and foster engagement.

Beneficiary & submission

The inviation, terms and conditions and the form will be published on EU CodeWeek paltform, a website of the hub and on social media. A selection committee will evaluate the applications received through the criteria that are published. Up to 6 winners will be announced with up to 1500 euros founding. The evaluation porcedure will be based on following criteria : quality of application ; relevance to CodeWeek priorities; Educational impact; scalability and replicability. The grant winners will be announced after evaluation on partners website and social media. Grant agreements will be signed with awarded organizations and individuals.

LIKTA own responsibility includes the preparation and drafting of this call as well as the selection of successful applicants that will receive the said financial support.
